Return Policy Our return Process is simple and hassle free. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Gameday Connexion you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in original condition and in the original packaging with tags and labels. If the item is autographed the item must be in its same condition with the Certificate of Authenticity. Merchandise returned without the original packaging and COA may not qualify for a refund. Please call us at 972-691-1715 or email us at sales@gamedayconnexion.com with any questions. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before a refund will be issued. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your account within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call once it is completed. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if there is a manufacturer or shipping error on our part. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Gameday Connexion is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange. Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account once your refund is processed. If items are returned after the 30 days, we will not be able to accept your return. A merchandise credit or refund will not be given. Game used, customized items, and stadium seats are non-refundable. Items that are closeouts, clearance, or imperfect as marked are non-refundable. All sales are final.
