Played 15 seasons from 1971-1986 with the New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers and most notably the Raiders. Won the 1970 Heisman Trophy while at Stanford and later named the 1981 NFL MVP. Lead the Raiders to two Super Bowl victories in 1981 and 1984.
