1. Introduction

At Gameday Connexion, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return, exchange, and refund policy to address your concerns.

2. Returns

2.1 Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return.

2.2 Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (214) 542-3865 or email us at returns@gamedayconnexion.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

2.4 Shipping Returns: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Eligibility for Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team to ensure the desired item is available.

3.2 Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. You will be responsible for any difference in price and additional shipping costs.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4.2 Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4.3 Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
