This is a 8x10 photo that was personally autographed by Reggie Lewis. Lewis was an up and coming star for the Boston Celtics, earning an All Star selection in 1992 and having a career average of 17.6 ppg. Tragically Lewis' life was cut short in 1993 when he suffered a sudden cardiac death while at an off-season practice. Lewis' number has been retired in the Boston gardem and at his alma mater Northwestern.
